You will need to use a charcoal puck. We recommend Three Kings Charcoal Pucks. Place the charcoal puck in a heatproof, fireproof container. Once the puck has been lit, place some of the wood chips on the puck. As the wood chips burn, the smoke and fragrance are released into the air.
