Shipping policy

We only offer shipping in Canada

Shipping method: 

Canada Post Regular Parcel Please allow 1-4 weeks from receipt of order. Shipping costs: $12.95 across Canada except Nunavut, Yukon and NWT — due to increased CP rates, an additional $12 surcharge applies. Refunds We do not accept returns or exchanges of products that have been unsealed, opened and/or used. We are happy to refund returned products that remain unopened and in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Out of Stock and Backordered Items 

Unfortunately, some items may occasionally be unavailable either because we are sold out or because the item is on backorder from our supplier. If the item is due to arrive within 2 business days, we will hold your order to allow that item to come into stock before shipping your order. If the backordered item(s) is not expected to arrive within 2 business days, the remaining items in your order will be shipped without the out-of-stock item(s). As soon as that item(s) arrives back into stock, we will ship it to you automatically with FREE shipping, and send you an email to let you know that your backorder has been shipped. 

 Damaged Parcel or Defective Merchandise 

We will replace any defective item as well as any item damaged during shipment once the item has been returned to us. Damaged items must be returned to us in the original package with original packing materials. *Any complaint regarding your delivered order (missing product, an incorrect product, damage etc.) must be made within 3 days of receipt of the parcel.
